Organized by MIAF in a different African city each year, ACCES is a pan-African event aimed at fostering an exchange of ideas, the discovery of new talents and collaborations beneficial to the continent's music industry.
ACCES 2018 will feature a captivating program, including keynotes, roundtables, networking sessions, exhibitions, showcases, training workshops and tours of key venues in Nairobi's music industry.
"We have taken our showcase program to the next level," said Eddie Hatitye , director of the Music In Africa Foundation and member of the ACCES organizing committee. "A majority of the scheduled musicians are from Kenya, the host country of the conference, the others come from other African countries, which contributes to the pan-African spirit that characterizes each edition of ACCES".
The announcement of the showcases programming follows the call for applications launched by the Foundation, inviting artists from the continent to apply to perform at ACCES 2018.
